Make a Difference: Supporter Development & Legacies Manager (Belfast)

Our client, a leading international humanitarian organization, seeks a passionate and experienced Supporter Development & Legacies Manager to join their Public Fundraising team in Belfast.
About the organization:
- Established non-governmental organization dedicated to ending extreme poverty.
- Works with 25 million people annually in conflict zones, disaster areas, and regions affected by climate change and hunger.
About the role:
- Lead a team responsible for developing and delivering an integrated marketing program for public fundraising.
- Cultivate relationships with existing and lapsed donors, including regular givers, cash donors, event participants, and volunteers.
- Manage a budget of £550,000 to generate income exceeding £3.7 million (excluding emergency appeals).
You are a perfect fit if you have:
- Experience in direct marketing and individual giving teams.
- Demonstrated success in using various fundraising strategies like cash appeals, email marketing, and legacy fundraising.
- Experience managing teams, developing budgets, and analyzing data.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
- A passion for providing exceptional donor care and upholding data protection regulations.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience growing income through email marketing.
- Experience working internationally or in diverse teams.
- Experience developing new fundraising products and propositions.
